How can I add a user-friendly filter to my
Editor x website?

Approximately as shown here (like in this WIX! Tamplate):

I know I could write a HTML code but no matter how I try I just can’t get it to work. Does anyone have any HTML - code with explanation that I could possibly use. I need to connect a database and a repeater to a display filter.
