How can I change the order view when printed

I’m having trouble with
changing the interface of the packing slip or the interface when printing an order. There is info on it that should not be on it and other info is missing on the order.

Wix Editor

What I’m trying to do
To add extra info on a packing slip

What I’ve tried so far
i have searched where I can change it and I already asked support.

I see it has something to do with the language.

When my language in wix is set in English it shows perfectly

but when my language in wix is set in dutch some of the info does not show in my order to print… can I solve this?
