How can I change the order view when printed

I’m having trouble with
changing the interface of the packing slip or the interface when printing an order. There is info on it that should not be on it and other info is missing on the order.

To add extra info on a packing slip

What I’ve tried so far
i have searched where I can change it and I already asked support.

I think you can edit the packing slip layout from the Wix Stores settings.
If that doesn’t work, try using Velo to adjust the order print view or field IDs.
Sometimes it’s just a small mapping issue in the dataset.
