I have uploaded multiple picture on different websites and I was wondering if there is a way I can download all the pictures at once and not one by one.

Currently it is not possible to integrate the media manager with wix code.
Feel free to post a feature request here .
If you open another wix site with the image/content you need you can easily copy paste across to where your working
