How can I get images to move slightly when the cursor hovers over it?

I am trying to make a clickable gallery that redirects to separate pages. The images are stationery, is there any way to get them to move when you hover over them so people will know it is clickable.

You can’t to it with Galleries.
You can do it if you use a repeater instead (using wix-animations )

(P.S. If you use htmlComponent or custom element of you own, you can do it with pure CSS).

How do I add it to a repeater. Will I have to upgrade as I am currently using the free version?
