How can I make members able to fill in a form that will turn into a post in the forum?

So I have a website which contains a forum. Instead of letting members post whatever they want, a more convenient way will be letting members fill in a form, and then the form automatically turns into the post. Is there any way I can make it happen?

Or, can I add pre-filled form in the forum post so by default whenever a members want to post something they will see the pre-filled form?

This can potentially be done using Wix Velo, but this will require coding and we will need to wait until this feature is released. As mentioned by Wix team member @anthony:
