How can I segregate my products/customers by location?

Hey, we use several warehouses all over the world and I was wondering if there was anybody who could tell me, is it possible to either have a widget on the product page that tells the customer how long the delivery would take as it is coming from the a certain warehouse? Or is it possible to segregate the customers by their location and therefor they only see the products available to them. Say, theres three warehouses in the USA, so the people in North America would only see the products available from their stores. The UK would see the products we’ve marked available from the UK warehouses we use and Europe sees the available products from our warehouses in Spain, Netherlands and Germany?

Is it possible, is it do-able? And if so, is there anyone that knows how? Thanks.
