How can i upgrade a site from Wix editor to Wix Studio for Enhanced AI Responsiveness

Question:

We are willing to transition from Wix Editor to Wix Studio to take advantage of its Responsive AI functionality. This will allow us to create page-wide websites that adapt seamlessly to various devices.

Is this possible already of wil it come available in the future.

This is currently impossible. Wix is working to migrate from EditorX to Wix Studio. When this happens fully, you may be able to upgrade. For now? You will have to either wait or recreate the website on Wix Studio.
