What I did was an “Event Month” dropdown, with the 12 months listed, an “Event Day” dropdown with numbers going to 31 and an “Event Year” dropdown with 2023, 2024 and 2025. These are in product options.
Hi All, Wix can integrate this if we get enough votes. https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-stores-request-letting-customers-select-a-delivery-date-from-a-calendar
Hope Wix can integrate it. ASAP, such a simple task that every other website platform has. If not is there a proper fix that allows this not only in the checkout but also shows it in the dashboard of Wix so that you can then have all the unfullfilled and check the dates that are required to send it out. Issue I have:
I have a small Cake / Cookie Business and for example when a person wants to buy a Birthday cake they don’t want to purchase the cake one or 2 days before the event especially if it is a custom design cake that requires a lot of work. The customer will want to be organised and purchase the cake 1 month or 3 weeks before the event as an example. Maybe they want to buy cookies for a wedding that will happen in 6 months time.
The issue is that regardless if it is an order or something that we have to quote the customer. They accept it and then it becomes an Invoice. There is no way for us to be able to remember or pin point when the cake / cookies are required to be delivered.
