I’m having trouble with sending a refund. When I try, Wix insists that I go to PayPal and link my account to them. I did so, but still get the same message telling me to link to Paypal for refunds, which I have already done. I’m in a loop where I say I need a refund, but I’m told I need to set up the Paypal link but when I do, I get the same initial message. Does it take time to process the connection?
I’m not sure if you have PayPal connected as a standalone Payment Processor on your site, or if it’s connected through Wix Payments on your site.
