Question:
How do I keep the header text centered

Product:
Wix website editor

What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to keep the header text centered.

What have you already tried:
I few things such as playing with columns, moving the text for different devices etc

Additional information:
I have another off topic question.
Is wix editor the same as editor X these days? did they merge?
I would rather use Editor X

You can use the toolbar to align the text to the center. Read this article to know more:

No Wix, and Editor X are two completely different editors. They are independent, and will not merge for the foreseeable future. Editor X is now being replaced by Wix Studio, which is the new editor that Wix has launched for partners and agencies, that has advanced features like responsive sites and custom scroll interactions.
