How Do I Switch from the Old Bookings App to the New Bookings App?

I’ve been using Wix Bookings a lot since this fall and am launching 3 sites this month with Wix Bookings. The first, I started creating the template last summer of 2020, (but then the client went awol for personal reasons but now the site is finished and ready to launch). The 2nd, I started creating just a few weeks ago.

The 2nd site, the Wix Bookings App is a newer version. Eg. When you visit the Pages Menu there are three Wix Bookings pages 1. Booking Page (category), 2. Service page (item), and 3. Checkout (includes the calendar, checkout and confirmation pages):

(The addition of the Service page is excellent! So, helpful in countless ways I won’t go into here both in terms of design and function.)

But on my 1st site (built originally in 2020), it only has two pages under the Pages Menu:

How do I update the older site to have the New Wix Bookings interface with three pages? (I’ve searched the forum and partner’s FB page couldn’t find anyone else talking about this).

You have to add a service (not appointment, not classes)
