How do I trigger certain elements to only be pinned once the page is scrolled to a certain area?

A lot of adds on multiple websites use this feature but I can’t seem to figure out how to do the same in Wix.

It sound like you whish to have an element with sticky position.
Unfortunately the Editor and Velo do not let you set elements with sticky position.
If you have a premium account you can create a custom element and set its position to be sticky.

P.S. if you’re using Editor X you can set position:sticky via the editor.
