So ideally my goal is to put my social icons (with links attached) pinned to the page itself and not the screen.
At the moment I can only pin something to the screen (so if it’s in the lower right, it will stay in the lower right no matter where you are scrolling on the page).
I suppose there is a way (or used to be a way) to do this by attaching the element into the header and “freezing” the header (and using anchor points somehow).
For the sake of argument, let’s say my site is divided into 3 sections: top, middle, bottom. I have icons in the middle which I would like to remain static when you’re continuing to scroll down to the bottom. When you scroll to the top (starting at the middle), the icons “stay in place” and eventually disappear with other elements on the screen as you’re continuing to scroll up.
Is there any way around this using Wix? I’m guessing not (at least at the moment). I guess I could do ccs code, but I don’t have a clue about it and would need a very detailed step-by-step process or video explaining how to do this.
In the meantime, I guess I’m just thinking about a way to re-design my header and website to make something like this work…
(a simple solution would be attaching the parallax command in a stripe to do the same with text, links, and other such content… but I don’t think this is an action that can be done right now).
Thank you for reading.
