How to/Can you lock layers in Wix? For example (for those of you that use Figma) when designing over something you don’t want to move or edit further you can lock a layer and create a design over it.

How can I lock sections of my website that I want to add new content to without it automatically "Attach"ing to a container or stack and messing everything up? This is really annoying and makes everything take 10x longer!!!

Locking layers isn’t possible - although I can understand how this would be beneficial :slight_smile:

As an alternative, you can either use the inspector to adjust the positioning of an element and it’s docking, or when you see the “Attach”, hitting the ESC key will stop the attach action from happening (note that subsequently moving your mouse will make the attach action appear again)
