I hope anyone has the answer to my concerns. My client invited me to join his team here in Wix, so I accepted it and created a new Wix account. After watching his video tutorial and navigated to the site, I can’t find the Wix Marketplace tab on my account. Aside from that, I don’t have access to the inbox, contact list, and workflow tabs. Can anyone here guide me on how to access my Wix marketplace and other the tabs?

You have to enroll your own account. Technically your client should not have a partner account… since they are not a partner.
I think it’s already a partner account, I’ve seen in his video tutorial that I need to click the ‘PARTNER DASHBOARD’ and under I’ve seen the Wix Marketplace ( I’ve seen those tabs in the video using the same website). By the way I’m logged in under his company ( he’s a web developer and a digital marketer) with my email. I’m the one having issues in finding the Wix Marketplace tab because I couldn’t find it in my end but I saw it in his walkthrough tutorial.
From what I understand only the main partner accounts can access the marketplace and marketplace leads. My team members are unable to view that tab as well even though they are team members under our partner account. I reached out to support before about this and this was the response:
“At this moment team managers are unable to access marketplace leads. This is something we will take as feedback and hopefully develop this function soon.”
For now my team members are logging into the main partner account to help respond to marketplace leads.
