Hi, I with to higlight (for example by dirrerent background) one item of my horizotal menu. I wish web site user mainly click on this item in the menu. How to make it?

I think that feature may already be implemented. If you set up your current menu quite a long time ago, you might want to try replacing it with one of the newer menu elements. 
One thing about the Wix editor is that elements you added in the past don’t seem to get automatically updated, so sometimes you need to manually swap them out. After adding a new menu element, try selecting it and clicking the gear icon to check the available settings. 
Also worth adding that if you’re looking for something like this, where there’s a Call To Action that’s always highlighted, regardless of the page you’re on - then it’s simply a menu with a button placed next to it.
