How to change the colour of text in your menu when the background is transparent

Question:
I have a menu with 4 items and the background is transparent, how do I change the text colour of the menu items from white to black?

When you have the menu selected you should be able to edit the different parts on the right hand panel. Under design where it asks “What do you want to design?”, select Menu Items and you should see the text design options.
