Wix restaurant menus: transparent Background

Is there any way to set the background color of the displayed menu through the wix restaurant menu app to transparent? I can only choose a color, but no opacity.
It really kinda hurts to edit the css in chrome developer mode and see it work really easy, but there seems to be no way of doing the same in the editor. Any ideas for a solution/workaround?

Hi Ferdinand,
Unfortunately there is no workaround and the transparent background is not possible for a Wix Restaurants menu. I’ve passed your feedback to the relevant team in case this is something they will add in a future release.
