How to Check Remaining Google Ads Credit Charged by Wix?

Hi there,
I noticed that Wix had previously charged me for Google Ads even though I never actually ran any ad campaigns at the time.

Now I’d like to use that already charged amount to create a new ad campaign — but I don’t know how to check the remaining balance or where it went.

  1. How can I check the remaining Google Ads credit that was charged through Wix?
  2. If there is a balance, how can I use it to create a new ad campaign?

:memo: Additional Info:

  • I never set up a separate Google Ads account, so I believe it was done through Wix’s simplified Google Ads integration.
  • The charge was made automatically by Wix, so I’m not sure where the money is being held or how to access it.
  • When I go to Marketing & SEO > Ads > Google Ads in the Wix dashboard, I see the option to create a campaign, but no information about remaining balance.

If anyone has experienced the same thing or has contacted Wix support and resolved this, I’d really appreciate your help!

Hey @Taka_Kane,

You should be able to see the remaining balance as mentioned in this support article.

As for how it was spent, you can see the performance of the campaign by clicking on the campaign to see the number of impressions, clicks, the ad spend, the timeline as well as the impact and a preview for how it was seen by users.

You can check and use any remaining Google Ads credit charged via Wix by following these steps:

:one: Verify Your Google Ads Account

  • **Log in to your Google Ads account that’s linked to your Wix site.
    **

  • **Go to Billing → Summary.
    **

  • **Look under Transactions and Promotions to see or previous payment is sitting there.
    **

:two: Check Inside Wix

  • **In your Wix dashboard, go to Marketing & SEO → Google Ads.
    **

  • **Click Manage Campaigns (or View Google Ads Account) — this will open the exact Google Ads account Wix created/linked.
    **

:three: If You Don’t See It

  • Sometimes credits expire or were tied to a specific promotion. If nothing shows under Billing → Promotions, contact Wix Support or Google Ads Support with your transaction ID or the Wix invoice number—they can trace the funds.
