Canceling Wix and keeping Google Workspace subscription

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well.

I would appreciate some guidance on this.

My website is hosted on Wix.com, and my Google Workspace subscription is also managed through Wix.

However, I now need to cancel the Wix service but want to keep my Google Workspace subscription. I would like to know how to retain my Workspace subscription if I cancel my Wix subscription, given that I originally purchased the Google Workspace service through Wix.

Hey! I’ve done this exact migration a few times you can definitely keep Workspace when you leave Wix, but there’s a specific order you need to do it in or you’ll get locked out of the admin console.

The short version: You have to transfer billing from Wix Google before canceling Wix. Wix is just the reseller, so once billing moves to Google direct, Workspace is yours completely.
