How to connect domain via Pointing?

Question:
How to connect new Website via Pointing and not NS Record?

What are you trying to achieve:
We want to connect the new website with old domain via pointing.

What have you already tried:
We connected the website with the old domain and it was a NS record change. We have no other option. We have just the question which domain do you want to connect? After we add the old domain name, the website is connected via NS record. We used this manual : Eine Domain per Weiterleitung (Pointing) mit Wix verbinden | Hilfe-Center | Wix.com but we dont have this settings

Additional information:
We can not find the option in settings to connect the website via pointing. There is just one option available. But we see in the documentation that there is a option to connect via pointing. Please help, we can not find the the customer support for premium plan customers. that is also disappointing.

You’re right, the documentation is not entirely complete at that point. It doesn’t mention that the link for Pointing is located at the top of the text above the steps for connecting. The steps shown are for the connection via NS.

The option for Pointing forwarding is not easy to find.

During the process of connecting your domain with the new website, you will see the details and next steps when you link the website with an external domain.

The link for pointing is just embedded in the text over the steps.
That’s the trick.

It’s interesting that nobody in the community has brought up this answer.

Is it because nobody knows this small detail, or is it because the community is full of paid experts who don’t want to give away the answer for free?
