How To Create Vertical Section In Wix Studio

I want to add sidebar in wix studio same as Editor X, but I couldn’t find the way to add it.

If there anyone know how to add vertical section in Wix Studio?

You can either

  1. pin a container to page
  2. dock a container to side and set heights

then add what ever you want in the container.

Thanks for your reply, I have tried this way but it doesn’t work well like Editor X, not working with the header and footer also it covers part of the background section since it will comes on the top of the section not beside it like the way in Editor X

there is a work around with the background by also adding that image to a container on the rest of the page and just making the background not visible.
I think I played with one with changing the padding to get a side bar working correctly with the header and footer.
I have found since using Studio there is usually alsways a work around to get things done, it all depends on what the final outcome you are looking for.

the main issue here is the side bar content is long and I am using the overflow content setting to be scroll
I have a problem with the header and footer, if the sidebar length 100% of the page it will cover the header and footer, and if I shorten the sidebar length to be between the header and footer it will looks ugly because will have empty space on the top and button when I scroll the sidebar content.
