Hello! According to this article I should be able to toggle On the “Waiting List” component in the Event Registration Email area. However, Waiting List does not appear. Any suggestions as to how to turn this feature On?

I have the extact same problem! Plesase let me know urgently if there is any solution or workaround.
We have reached our ticket limit of 400 sold tickets and now I can’t find a way to collect the names and contact details of people who would like to wait for free tickets.
I imagined it could help to create a “formular”. I would have called the button at the registration closed-message “Waiting list” but then I’m not able to link the button of the to a different page than the incial event.
Same here. Is there a reason I cant even see the waitlist or even enable guest list. Is it because my am using the old version of wix or how do i fix this or get an updated version

All the first user had to do is to open the link at the top of the page that they were originally on.
When setting a guest limit for your event , you can choose for additional guests to be added to a waiting list. If guests are added to the waiting list, an alert is shown in the Guest Limit section, on the event’s Registration tab.
Always a good idea to fully read the page and not just skip to certain parts of it only.
However, as Doron mentioned over a year ago, that this forum is for all code related issues on your site and not for issues about Wix Events which is a Wix app, so they should either read the Wix Support pages for Wix Events or contact Wix Support about the issue
But, nonetheless, thank you for your input on this old post from January 2018, even if it was over a year old from the last comment on it.
