Hi,
I have a subscription form and I create a “uniqueid” field for every subscriber when they submit the form using Hooks.
After a subscriber submits the form, I would like to send an auto thank you email containing the “uniqueid” so that every subscriber knows their uniqueid, which subscribers can show it to us face to face instead of showing the long email or phone. I tried to add Dynamic Value into the automation email but I can’t see my created field “uniqueid” under the dropdown list.
May I ask how can I include this “uniqueid” in the auto email? Should I code a new Triggered email instead of using this automation? I don’t really know how to code so would really appreciate if someone can provide detailed guidance if coding is the way.
