Hi, I’m new to wix and I’m trying to build my site using the editor. I’m almost done with my site, but all the sudden, I realized that an unexpected line “google-site-verification: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.html” appears on the top left corner of my site when I view it from my samsung mobile. I don’t see it when I view my site from my laptop (firefox). I tried to view the source and I see a the following lines:
google-site-verification: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.html
<!--head html embeds end-->
I verified my site in Google Search Console using html, but I see this line
in another location. The code xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is different from yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. I’m guessing the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx code was the old code when I verified the site a month ago.
My question is, how can I remove the head html embeds so that the google-site-verificationline won’t show up on the mobile?
Thanks for any comment.
