How to format home page design to have one common background image behind the first three sections?

Question:
How do I format homepage layout to have one fixed image sit behind the first three sections?
Product:
Wix Studio Editor

What are you trying to achieve:
My intention is to have the same one image fixed behind the first 3 sections, so as a user scrolls down the page the text information on these first 3 sections scrolls up over this one image.

What have you already tried:
I have checked WIX videos, help forum and YouTube explainer videos. No luck.

Hey Phil, welcome to the community!

Here is what I would do:
Create a container and add advanced CSS > split into 3 rows > 100VH x 3.
Add an image to the top row > stretch > then make it stick to top (just make sure the image is sent to the back)
