How to get overview points to show the same as points history?

I don’t know who I actually reach out to (regular support maybe).

I actually have two questions:

  1. How do I get my “current level is” to change and show the points based on my current points history? My current points shows I have 900 points. My points history shows I have 1200 points, 1000 current, 200 removed.

  2. With that, one of my points that are removed was removed when she changed her domain, she is still premium with the same website she got from me, but it won’t allow me to add it because she’s no longer in my account, but was in my account when I got the points?

@everyoul-studio no worries! You may need to simply resubmit the site, but then again it may be a technical issue, so it’s better for the team to have a look! :slight_smile:

I think the partner dashboard does not update instantly… I have also got this issue.

@wingcc Sometimes you will need to submit a site for points (for example, if you are a contributor but not the owner of the site)
