You will definitely need to open a priority ticket from your dashboard for point-related issues. Let me know if they get it worked out!

In History is it showing Status as “Pending” or “Points Received”.?

If its “Points Received” (for both of your sites) and in Dashboard its showing just 200, then please contact support.

If its “Pending”, you can read why its pending by pointing your mouse at “i” button. May be you need to wait 14 days before the points are added to the dashboard.
