How to make a price change depending on user input?

I’m making a website where users can purchase a service to improve their rank at a videogame. They have to specify if they are in league 1 or 2, or 3, and so on. They also have to specify if they want to get to league 2, 3 ,4, etc. I have many dropdown lists so users can specify their situation in the game:

How can I display a different price depending on the variables users choose? I really don’t know how.

Agarras el valor, lo conviertes a un número, luego lo operas, y lo conviertes nuevamente a texto y listo
