In my opinion, the Wix forum layout isn’t very good, even though Wix’s own forum looks great.
How can I make my Wix forum on my page look like this official forum? It’s a bit ironic that Wix doesn’t use their own forum layout.

Before I answer the question, just want to share that the Wix Forum app is currently in the process of being sunset (you’ll find more details about it here), and you’ll need to move to Wix Groups to continue using community-based features.
Regarding this forum - we use a third-party platform that fits the needs of the Studio Community, hence it has different features/tools available for customization
