How to pass data from one page to Dynamic page

Hi,

I have a recipe website I have a page (Not Dynamic page) with options that my visitor can choose.
the page is a Special diet which has few categories (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Lactose-Free…).
what I’m looking for is when you click on one of the categories it will open the Dynamic Page already filtered by this category.
