How to pin a post to the top of a category page

The instructions at https://support.wix.com/en/article/pinning-posts-to-the-top-of-the-feed-in-the-new-wix-blog do not work for me. There is no “show more” dots on my post page and I have looked everywhere for the options to pin a post. Specifically to the top of a category page.

Same here! Has this been resolved? I need to pin a post to the top of my feed and don’t have the option to add those 3 little dots as instructed.
