How to post image outside the grid?

Can someone help me how to create a strip similar to the attached image that i copied from this page: https://www.wix.com/wix-lp/code-bookings Looks like I need to place objects outside the grid and they will not look good on a small screen. Is that possible with WIX?

Split the strip into 2 columns.

Thanks. I will post it there too. Can you be a little more specific? Yes, I split the strip in 2 columns. It looks like that. On a small screen the image is not adjusting and overlap the text. Any thoughts
