Hi, I have a single info product on my web site. I set the pay button, I need to set automatic email to send my info product right after the purchase. I didn’t find the trigger I need in automation section, nothing in the settings of the button, I haven’t find any useful information on google, all I found I can do it through Wix Store app installation. Can you plz help me with this? Can I do anything or I Have to download the Wix Store? This is simple one product I need simple steps without subscribing or membership movements. Thank you very much

Since you’re not using Wix Stores, there may not be a predefined way to do this, and you may need to create a custom automation. Here’s an article about it: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-automations-creating-a-new-automation

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I don’t have needed trigger in my automation section, I can’t do it custom. Probably I need to instal some code, but I am not a coder. Maybe anybody on this forum could help me to integrate this code?
I have the same issue as feddebond. @ WIX it doesnt make any sense to have a payment button which cant do, nor triggers, anything except having send a notification email to an admin mail address. Could you please upgrade to similar features as the pricing plans?
