How to turn off code mode

I’m a Wix Studio newbie. I was trying to get the text in my new Wix form to show on the visitor’s email after submission, so I somehow entered a mode with a panel at the bottom of the page with javascript code or something. I also accidentally created a page titled “Getting started with code” or something. I deleted the page, but cannot exit this mode. An older post said turn off dev mode in the editor menu. I don’t see this option anywhere. thanks

For standard Wix Editor sites, simply click on Turn Off Dev Mode

And for Wix Studio sites, click on Turn Off Coding inside the code panel at the very bottom.

Thanks for looking out. Turning off the dev mode is not the issue. I want to turn of the read only mode of code(want to be able to write code in the site in place).
