How/Where to include an email address to be notified whenever a user submits a data-input on Enquiry Form?

I’ve created an Enquiry Form on my Homepage here https://www.arts4good.com and also on another Page here https://www.arts4good.com/enquiries.

How/Where can I include my email adress to be notified so I know whenever someone submits a data-input details? Can the input-details be sent to my email address as text data as well, besides it being stored in the database/dataset?
