Hyperlinks not working on the live site

I am having real difficulty getting hyperlinks to work on my live site. The Edit Text tells me the link is there, but when the site is live, the links are not showing up as live links. Can anyone please help me?

Sounds really strange! Is this the case in all browsers? If so, I’d connect with our support team so they can sort you out.
