site links are not working

Hello guys,
The link on our website https://www.jacksonandpartners.com/ is not working. When you click on menu items or any other links on the homepage, it stays on the same page. It works in-editor preview, but do not work in the live site.
However, if you add a link to open it in a new window, then it works perfectly fine. Any ideas why this is happening?
