I can't find my priority tickets in my profile anymore

I used to have a list of all the calls I’ve opened to support, but can’t find them anymore.
Can it be part of my expert profile ? I think this is their natural place.
Many times I need to show an exact ticket to my staff members or to Wix support people, or to relate them in another ticket, but now all info is scattered in Email massages and very difficult to follow.
What do you think?

One year on and apparently there is still no way for customers to see our own support tickets.

As already stated this is an essential development feature made available by every other SAAS provider that I am aware of. I need to keep track of open tickets and refer back to solutions.

#featurerequest - please give your customers access to their own support tickets and provide a link in the “request received” automated confirmation email.
