I don't get an email after the submission

I copied the code from here https://support.wix.com/en/article/velo-tutorial-sending-an-email-on-form-submission
I did step by step

now after submitting button, I see I get SUCCESS but I don’t get an email.

Do you have any idea what the problem can be?

It’s hard to say. Maybe you missed one of the steps. You haven’t even posted the code.
On the other hand, maybe it got to the spam folder.
