Hi Volkan, a few common reasons a domain does not show under Subscriptions. 1) Domains are listed on their own page: go to Wix Account > Domains (Log In to Your Wix Account - Wix.com) and check there, not only in Billing > Subscriptions. 2) If the domain was bought at another registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) and only connected to Wix, it will never appear as a Wix subscription. It shows under Domains as “connected” and renewals stay with the original registrar. 3) It may sit in a different Wix account or a different workspace than the one you are logged into, so try your other emails. 4) A domain that was bought with a plan voucher can appear under the site’s plan rather than as its own line. If none of these match, share where you bought it and I can point you to the right place. If this helped, please mark it as Solved.
