Back in 2019, I joined the Wix Affiliate Program through their old platform (wixaffiliate.com). I made a sale and earned $100, but at the time the program required a minimum of $300 to request a payout.
When I recently checked, I noticed that the old platform no longer exists and the affiliate system has since moved to Impact. My question is: is there any way to recover my old commission, or has that balance essentially expired with the migration?
I’d really appreciate any insights from Wix staff or other affiliates who may have experienced something similar.
thanks for sharing the link. I did try clicking “Contact” and then “Get Answers,” but it only directs me to the AI, which doesn’t really address my concern. I also tried reapplying to the affiliate program to see if that would help me reach someone, but my application was declined.
It’s a bit frustrating since I actually have a few people ready to sign up for Wix — would be nice to earn something from that. Hopefully, I can still find a way to get in touch with the right team.
