I really want to create a backend dashboard to manage submissions (Accept/Reject) etc etc, can someone create a video of how to do this?

You can accomplish this but I don’t think you can get someone to build it for you and record it. I would suggest you learn some basic javascript or just hire some wix coder to make it for you. Create everything in the wix editor that shows how you want everything to look. Then you post that design here and I will try help you.
