"Automated Scheduling for Packages

When a customer selects a package, such as 50 sessions, manually booking every single session can be overwhelming and time-consuming. To make the process smoother, an automated scheduling system can simplify the experience. Here’s how it works:

  1. Setting Preferences:

    • Once a customer selects a package, they can set preferences for their session schedule. For example, they could choose:

    Step 1: - Frequency: 2-3 sessions per week (or however often they want). THROUGH DROP DOWN MENU

    Step 2: - Days of the week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (or any other preferred days). THROUGH DROP DOWN MENU

    Step 3: - Preferred time of day: e.g., 8 AM, 2 PM, etc. THROUGH DROP DOWN MENU

  2. Automated Session Scheduling:

    • Based on the preferences the customer sets (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8 AM), the booking system will automatically fill in the available time slots for the entire package. (AS LONG AS THESE DAYS AND TIMES ARE AVAILABLE)

    • If a time or day slot on the selected day isn’t available (e.g., the trainer is fully booked or unavailable), that option will NOT be clickable. And the system will suggest an alternative time on the same day or the next closest available time.

  3. Regular Interval Booking:

    • The system could spread the sessions over a desired time period. For instance, if the client prefers 3 sessions a week, the system will automatically book those sessions over the upcoming weeks based on the trainer’s availability.
    • The client doesn’t need to manually pick every single session—they only select general preferences, and the system handles the scheduling for them.

  4. Flexibility & Adjustments:

    • Even though the sessions are pre-booked automatically, the customer can have the option to review and edit any of the scheduled sessions at a later date. This allows flexibility if they need to reschedule specific sessions due to personal conflicts or changes in availability."
