Question: I’m experiencing issues with the Wix Member Area APP; I cannot access any accounts, view the number of members, or accept new members. How can I resolve this issue?

What are you trying to achieve: I want to manage my members effectively by being able to access member accounts, see how many members I have, and accept new members.
What have you already tried:
- Deleted and reinstalled the Wix Member App.
- Cleared all cookies.
- Tried different browsers.
Additional information: These issues persist across all browsers and devices. I have also tried reaching out to Wix support, but the suggested solutions have not worked. My dance academy heavily relies on the member management feature, so any prompt help would be greatly appreciated.
