I’m having trouble with new members logging into the FIT by Wix app. New clients book a consult via website and then we send invite code to download the Fit by WIX app and it gives them an error “You’ll be notified when the owner approves your join request.” I have no settings or ability to approve. Only workaround I’ve found is to delete the client from the Site Members and have them sign up. Any advice to what I can change to make it seamless?
