I'm having a little trouble opening the editor. It's been on the loading screen for ages, is there anything I can do?

So I click ‘Open Editor X’ but then it gets stuck on the loading screen.

Hi Sebi,

Thanks for replying. I haven’t been able to get on to a site yet as the editor won’t open - even if I click ‘start from scratch’ it will open the editor loading screen and then will just continue loading for ages.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot!

Seems like you are using Microsoft Edge, we have seen some issues loading Editor X using older versions of Edge.

We recommend that you confirm that you are running the most up to date version of Edge and try again.

Please let us know if the issue is still occuring after confirming that the browser is up to date.
