I'm not able to upgrade a Database (collection)

Hi

I absolutely need to refresh a collection of my site, with new data.

It’s a list of our associates and periodically they change.

If I go from control panel to my collection, I have only option “Import”,
BUT what could happen ? I’ll explain better:

let’s suppose to have at all 5 associates in May,
but in July three of them will expire, that’s only two remain active,
and in the same time I’ll have two new associates more.
Well, what happen when on July I’ll import the new associates list composed by 4 active associates, where two of them already are in my collection ?
The Import action will erase all and rewrite, or will add old 5 + 4 new associates ?
At the end, is not possible simply to erase old data collection and import the new upgraded data ?

@yisrael-wix hi, is possibLe Via Wix Code update a collection starting from a file of data ?
Also if I should upload my file in JSON format on a server, in your opinion There is a way to update via code my collection and how ?
