Image license in templates

I would like to create Wix templates in Wix Studio and sell them to my clients.
I have two questions regarding the images available in the free Wix Studio library:

  1. If I create a design using images from the free Wix library, am I allowed to transfer the website template to my clients together with those images or do the images need to be replaced with placeholders?

  2. Am I allowed to present my Wix Studio templates on my own website (online shop) as previews so that customers can see what the templates look like? I am unsure whether this is permitted due to image licensing.
