Previously Wix had a section that you could create images for social media. While I see that this is still available, where did my saved templates go? I have a template I use for sharing customer reviews on social media but can’t find the template or any of the created images to copy and create a new one. How do I find this? I’ve looked in the create an image but it just has stock templates, not MY templates or saved pictures. It’s not in the media manager.

It looks like Wix may have changed how saved templates work in the Social Posts tool. Try checking Marketing & SEO → Social Posts in your Wix Dashboard to see if your templates are still there. If not, look in the Wix Media Manager under “Site Files” or “Uploads” in case they were saved as images. Also, check your past marketing campaigns in Wix’s Marketing Tools—you might find previously created posts there. If Wix removed personal template storage, you may need to recreate the design using their stock templates. Let me know if you need help.
